Last saturday was the final regular season game for former Sutherland Seahawks Blake and Sean Muir.
Although the game went against the Baylor Bears, losing their 3rd QB of the season to injury and finishing 9-3, they will play North Carolina in the Russell Athletic Bowl on Dec 30th Australian time.
The Baylor Bears offense was again ranked #1 in the nation in offense in yards per game out of 127 teams and #4 in rushing yards per game. Thanks in part to the work of the offensive line of which Blake and Sean are a part.

The game was also Blake’s last regular season game of his career. Saturday was his 36th start from 36 games. He will suit up for Baylor in the bowl game which will be his last as a Baylor Bear before becoming eligible for the 2016 NFL Draft.
Originally enrolling and playing at the University of Hawai’i in January 2011, Blake redshirted his first year and then started every game of the 2012 season at Left Tackle. The coaching change at Hawai’i precipitated a desire to move, a good idea evidenced by Hawai’i’s 10 wins under that staff in 4 years.
The move to Baylor came at the right time and Blake has contributed enormously, rated the #2 offensive lineman on the team behind Outland Trophy finalist Spencer Drango. The Baylor OL unit has been one of the best in the country.
During his time at Baylor, Blake was joined by his younger brother Sean who is a redshirt sophomore in 2015 at Center.
Over Blake’s career he has traveled to the following away games.
