SHIRE FLAG FOOTBALL COMPETITION REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

All events will be held on Tuesdays starting 2 September 2025. The intention is to have a
minimum of 4 teams in each division.

LOCATION:– Woolooware High School, 2R Woolooware Rd, Woolooware

UPDATED TIMES:

– 5.00pm – U8 & U10
– 6.00pm – U12
– 7.00pm – U14 & U16
– 8.00pm – U18, Adults & Masters

If there are not enough players to run separate boys/men’s or girls/women’s divisions in any age group, the divisions may be merged into a mixed-age or mixed-gender competition.

COSTS: $231 per person + $105 for uniforms. These fees include 4-weeks preseason training and then a 10-week season (8 weeks + 2 weeks finals).

PAYMENT – Once you register you will then need to make payment via bank transfer to confirm your registration and uniform order! When paying please reference the players full name.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR SHIRE FLAG FOOTBALL

FIRST DOWNLOAD THE APP

• GOOGLE PLAY FOR ANDROID DEVICE – LetsPlayApp
• APP STORE FOR APPLE DEVICE – LetsPlayApp

TEAM REGISTRATION ONLY

If you are organising your own team then you are required to REGISTER YOUR TEAM before your team members can join.

– Only 1 person needs to register your team.
– That person will become the “team manager”.
– Once you have registered your team you will receive a unique case-sensitive 6-character team code
– Next you need to share your unique team code with your team members so that they can join the team you have just created.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEAM MANAGERS TO REGISTER THEIR TEAM

– Open Let’s Play App → Home → tap “Register” in the “Shire Flag Football” display card.
– Choose “Register a Team.”
– Select the correct division.
– Enter team name (and optional logo), then click “Register Team”.
– You will then become the team manager.
– Share the unique team code shown after submission so players can join.

Note – If you (or your child) are playing in the team, you will also need to register as a player to this team. Please click “Join My Team as a Player” above the “Share Code” button.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEAM MEMBERS TO JOIN THEIR TEAM

– Get the unique team code from your team manager.
– Open the Let’s Play App → Home → tap “Register” in the “Shire Flag Football” display card.
– Tap “Join a Team.”
– Enter the 6-character unique code that you received from your team manager.
– This is a case-sensitive code (e.g., AbC123) then tap Continue.
– Order and customise your uniform.
– Review the items and payment details, then confirm to complete registration.
– Make payment via bank transfer to the details provided.
– Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION ONLY

If you do not have a team you will need to register as an individual and then you will be assigned to a team before the 10-week tournament commences.

– Open Let’s Play App → Home → tap “Register” in the “Shire Flag Football” display card.
– Tap “Join a Team.”
– Enter the 6-character, case-sensitive division code from the list below.
– Select who is playing (either yourself or a dependant).
– Order and customise your uniform.
– Review the items and payment details, then confirm to complete registration.
– Make payment via bank transfer to the details provided.
– Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
